Rentr Property Management
Rentr is a property management platform for landlords and tenants. Managers and their tenants use Rentr to handle leases, rent payments, maintenance requests, and lease-signing, with optional transactional notifications by email and SMS. Access is invite-only.
SMS / Text Messaging Program
SMS messaging is optional and is not a condition of renting, paying rent, creating an account, or using any part of our Services. Tenants only receive SMS messages if they affirmatively opt in by checking an unchecked-by-default consent box during signup or in their tenant portal settings.
- Program: Rentr transactional tenant notifications (rent reminders, payment confirmations, maintenance updates, lease-signature requests).
- Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
